Had hot and superb breakfasts with food & beverages, a £ 6 voucher to redeem there, cheese in the bar. The location was good for Llangollen, just next door to the establishment, and bars. We had goodies and coffee at S&g Bistro, it was located just close to the venue.

Stayed here for 1 night with my grandson, had a really lovely stay. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helped me with free parking.

The staff we met were a little rude.

The place was perfectly clean and ideal, it had genuinely helpful staff especially the receptionist who helped us wonderfully. We had tasty food for breakfast with localorganic food.

The breakfast is warm, superb and the staff is exceptional. It has clean facilities and marvellous and lovely location in the adjacent wine bar.

All in all everything was superb, had a very good stay in quaint town. The location was easy and convenient, very close to local train station, the beautiful Llangollen, and great restaurants and bars and beautiful countryside. It was just a walking distance from Berwyn Restaurant, where you can have dinner.

Loved my real good stay for a celebration. The room was brand-new and charming old with a separate shower and a jacuzzi bath in the separate bathroom. The location was handy and peaceful yet it was an easy walk to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, made me a little nervous.

A pretty building in the centre of Llangollen. And around 4-6 minutes' walk from Llangollen Museum.

I liked staying in this lovely little and fully equipped place. Genuinely helpful staff was available all the time. I had the double room which was well-kept and brand-new with comfy bed tea n coffee etc.

We ate at a good restaurant with great quality food and drinks. Got very comfy bed and coffee/tea making machines, a walk in wardrobe, and a carpet. The room was charming old, the location was marvellous very central.

During our stay at Gales, we had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the sheets in our room. However, the staff quickly resolved this inconvenience and ensured our beds were changed promptly. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring Llangollen. The continental breakfast provided was satisfying, with a good variety of options. Despite a few small hiccups, overall I would recommend this hotel for its central location and friendly service.

Nice hot and absolutely superb breakfast selection with beverages, toast plus yoghurts served in the bar. Location - particularly good not far from the local coffee shop and the restaurant. Nearby Corn Mill - great place to chill out.
